How long will my goodies take to ship?

We aim for 4-6 business days from purchase to post for in stock products, if for some reason your order is delayed, we’ll be sure to get in touch and let you know.

How long do custom orders take?

With ‘on hand’ fabric, expect a 2 week turnaround from purchase to post. If you require custom fabric printed, this can take approximately 12 weeks due to the fabric printing waiting times but I’ll keep you posted throughout the process. 

Faulty goods Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

We accept returns for refund/credit/exchange for any faulty products within 30 days of purchase, providing the item is in ‘as new’ condition and has not been washed or worn. Shipping for these items will be covered by us, no need to worry!

What qualifies as a bulk order?

Ten or more of the same item (i.e. 10x eReader Pouches), they do not need to be the same print and discounts start from 5%, this will be on top of free shipping for orders over $150.

Does my order total include tariffs that may apply to my Country/region?

Yes it does! Tariffs will be covered by us on our end! I’ve registered with a company that should be including all the relevant fees upon booking the parcel, however, if for some reason a discrepancy occurs, please do reach out! I won’t know something needs fixing until you let me know :)
